Rice Bubble Slice
A kid’s party favourite! Butter, honey and sugar, all combined with rice bubbles then sliced into bars.
Ingredients:
130g butter
1/2 cup (110g) sugar
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
5 cups rice bubbles

Method:
- Line an oblong baking dish with greaseproof paper.
- Bring butter and sugar to a boil. Stir in honey then boil for about 4 minutes.
- Stir in vanilla then remove from heat.
- Stir in rice bubbles then pour into prepared baking dish.
- Press down flat with a rubber spatula then allow to set before slicing into bars.
Optional topping: Add sprinkles for a touch of colour
