Easter Embossed Sugar Cookies
EASTER EMBOSSED SUGAR COOKIES
YOU WILL NEED:

- Basic Sugar Cookie Recipie
- Fondant
- Food Colour (Optional)
- Easter Themed Embossers
Step 1

Colour your fondant, then roll out onto your bench or cutting mat. Lightly dust with corn flour to avoid it sticking.

Step 2

Use your embosser to press down into the fondant and leave an impression. Then, cut out your embossed fondant with the same cutter you used for your cookies.

Step 3

Place your fondant onto your sugar cookies. Lightly use a fondant smoother to smooth over the fondant if it does not stick to the cookie straight away.

Step 4

Repeat with as many colours as you wish until all cookies are covered!
